Justyn Gaddis is a Senior Equity Analyst for Stephens Investment Management Group. Prior to joining SIMG in August of 2021, Justyn worked at Sysco managing a team of logistics and supply chain professionals. Prior to that, Justyn was a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Justyn earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2014. Justyn graduated with honors in 2021 from the University of Houston, where he earned his M.B.A. with a focus in Finance Services Management. While at the University of Houston, Justyn served as a portfolio manager for the student-managed Cougar Investment Fund. Justyn holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
