Michael Nolte is the Chief Operating Officer for Stephens Investment Management Group. Michael serves on the Board of Managers and is Senior Vice President of Registrant. He is also a Senior Vice President of Stephens Inc. Michael has been employed with Stephens Inc. since 1988 and joined Stephens Investment Management Group in October of 2004. Prior to joining Stephens, Michael was a compliance officer at Swink and Company and an Operations Manager at Merrill Lynch. Michael earned his BBA from Harding University in 1983.
