Andie Fletcher joined Stephens Investment Management Group in 2025 as an Operations Associate. Before joining Stephens Investment Management Group, Andie gained experience in administrative and operational support working in both Secondary and Higher Education environments. Andie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Ouachita Baptist University.
