Warren Simpson is Chief Executive Officer for Stephens Investment Management Group. Warren serves on the Board of Managers and is President of Registrant. He is also an Executive Vice President of Stephens Inc. Warren has been employed with Stephens Inc. since 1987 and joined Stephens Investment Management Group in October of 2004. Warren earned his BA from Southern Methodist University in 1979 and MBA from the University of Arkansas in 1981.

Michael Nolte is the Chief Operating Officer for Stephens Investment Management Group. Michael serves on the Board of Managers and is Senior Vice President of Registrant. He is also a Senior Vice President of Stephens Inc. Michael has been employed with Stephens Inc. since 1988 and joined Stephens Investment Management Group in October of 2004. Prior to joining Stephens, Michael was a compliance officer at Swink and Company and an Operations Manager at Merrill Lynch. Michael earned his BBA from Harding University in 1983.

Tammy Stewart is a Vice President at Stephens Inc. and an administrator of operations and client services for Stephens Investment Management Group. Tammy has been employed with Stephens Inc. since 1985 and joined Stephens Investment Management Group in October of 2004. Tammy graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education.

Peggy Vaughan is the Finance and Records Analyst for Stephens Investment Management Group. Peggy has been employed with Stephens Inc. since 1990 and worked in various roles. Peggy has been working in Mutual Fund Services beginning in 1994 and Stephens Investment Management Group in 2004. Prior to joining Stephens Inc., she was employed by First Variable Life Insurance Company. Peggy attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.

Amanda Burnett is the Marketing and Administrative Coordinator for Stephens Investment Management Group. Prior to joining SIMG in July 2013, Amanda worked in marketing and corporate events. Amanda graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication in 2012.

Daniel Keene is an Operations Associate for Stephens Investment Management Group. Prior to joining SIMG in August 2021, Daniel worked for Stephens Inc. as a Portfolio Associate from 2015 to 2021. Daniel earned his B.B.A in Finance, summa cum laude, from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
